A Two-person interview panel, with only two technical questions (what is DHCP, seriously, and do I have experience with "Networking, and not social like LinkedIn", SERIOUSLY). The remainder of the interview consisted of questions related to conflict resolution or how I'd handle a disgruntled employee or someone who thought they were smarter than me (which they openly said "is often arrogance) and laughed), etc. It was very clear from the start they were hiring to simply mitigate the toxicity of the group or 365 as a whole, rather than address the actual people responsible for the issues they were tailoring their questions toward. Extremely unprofessional. After the most non-technical interview for a technical support role I've ever encountered, I was offered a lower position. From our interview, where no technical questions were asked, or none that really related to the position what so ever, they very obviously didn't feel I'd fit well within such a toxic environment. I can't stress enough how unprofessional and toxic simply the interview was, let alone the clear misunderstanding of the traditional knowledge someone interviewing for the position would hold.
