I'm actually disappointed with the complete lack of communication after the phone interview. Considering R365 knocked on my door, and expressed initial interest—with ongoing and fluent communication leading up to the interview—I am surprised that after we talked, I received the generic "The hiring team has decided, however, to move forward with another candidate that we have in process. That being said, I’d like to keep your resume on file as our team continues to grow." I followed up with their recruiter to thank her for her time, and asked if there was any advice or reasoning behind their abrupt decision making. Clearly she's not obligated to any further follow up on her end, but I'm surprised my inquiry has fallen on deaf ears.
