I had a 15 minute phone interview that was followed by an invitation to come to headquarters to have a 1:1 interview. I was then interviewed by a panel. 3 days later i was given an offer.
Easy, typical large company screening process. Meet with the hr, hiring manager and and a few others. Had a few rounds but decided to with another person. Nothing out of the normal.

The interview went well. i was asked about my knowledge of company, my experience, my background and if I am familiar with products . I was asked to describe my strengths and weaknesses.
