Had a phone screen with a recruiter who asked general questions. The actual issue came on the final interview, as it was a 30 minute interview and it was a panel of 4 people. 30 minutes with 4 people interviewing was just disrespectful. The first thing that the Hiring manager mentioned was "We have to be careful of the time as we only have 30min" - of course! 30 minutes for 4 people was going to be a mess. Interviewers didn't even take the time to listen to the answer and ask follow up questions - you could totally notice they wanted to get out of the interview. TERRIBLE EXPERIENCE!
