Very smooth and simple but tricky at the same time.
Lot of documentations at the time of entry but all done at once and no further documentation is required after entry.
Screening, online panel and then site tour. Alot of behavior questions and are looking for Star method. It was a very long process as it took over a month. Not fast moving

Panel style with 2 rounds. Fairly straightforward and easy to talk to. Did a tour around the plant and got to see what areas the job was related to and also speak with production.
After a screening interview, i was interviewed by a panel of three employees followed by two engineers who would have been my colleagues. It was a long morning but engaging.
