Interview
The recruiter was very unprofessional. He was not responsive, and always had excuses (that were not even consistent). He told me to give him my availabilities. I did but he never responded. Then he told me the hiring manager already moved on to the final stage so he would let me know if the hiring manager would give me a change. And then he came up with a completely different story that "they are waiting for budget approval." I don't know what exactly was going on at 3M but this recruiter was just a liar who couldn't do his job.
