The interview process was straightforward, but decision-making was long drawn out (4 months). I applied through a referral and had a virtual interview with the HR manager and hiring manager; I was invited for an on-site interview after two weeks. It was an all-day interview with five VPs and Directors. Then, radio silence for the next 16 weeks. After four months, they reached out with an offer, which I politely declined. I did not get positive vibes from the interviewers and HR
It was fine. Nice people. Interview panel so lots of different questions from many different people. I was not sure about the role requirements and this helped flush out more.
