There were three rounds
1) general aptitude
2)technical aptitude
3)interview
I cleared above two rounds but failed to crack the interview round due to my illness...otherwise it was quite basic.
The general aptitude was very easy ...It consists of 30 questions as much I remember it now.
The technical aptitude was very mathematical and required much of pondering, I could solve just 5 of them. The hr was overall good but may be it was not my day so couldn't reply him nicely.
He also asked me the fundamental concept from graphics. in that round it was just graphics which was asked to me.

Interview
I was interviewed with 3dPLM in april 2014, First and second round where aptitude test, 15 min 40 question and 30 min 20 question, both with 0.25 negative marking. Third round was F2F with technical person some basic testing question, brief about yourself and few aptitude question, he said me to wait for the fourth round. 4th round was taken by some senior technical person, where he asked about some testing questions, about previous project work, general question (about me) and also discussed salary but not in details.They said will call you once your resume is short-listed since many other interviews are going on.

2 technical rounds,Most of the questions were on CAD and Design.Then final round was with Product manager.That was very nice experience.I got offer after 15 days.They will not negotiate on offered amount.
