Had a few interviews, one with the COO over the phone, then in person. Met and had lunch with the CEO. The COO told me he felt good and that I would probably have an offer in a couple of weeks. Followed up with him after the two weeks, no response. Followed up again after a month or so, never heard back from him. Very unprofessional.
