Two different recruiters have called me for a position, the questions they ask just to setup a interview or to get you submitted for a position are very suspicious if not illegal to ask depending on the state you are in. If you have my resume you have all the information you need to setup an interview with your company or client. You do not need a middle name, my date of birth (federally illegal to ask) and what could you possibly need my last 4 of my social security number for? You are not a government agency so you don't need that at all, especially just for an prospective interview or to just submit the individual for consideration of what ever position you have called them about. These are questions that sound more like identity theft then a job prospect. Your recruiters should understand the law both federal and state. Maybe develop a more professional list of questions for recruiters to ask.
