Phone interview. For the first 5 minutes, he explained me about the company & stressed that most of the algorithms they built were based on Applied Probability. I couldn't crack the interview, but a good probability intuition is a must. Do not waste your valuable time preparing for this interview if Probability is not your cup of tea. "The questions were so tricky, even tough they look easy ! "

It was a phone interview started with company intro, and then he asked some probability questions. There're the technical part, and also ask you to explain it to non-technical people.
