At first, the VP introduced the company and position basic information. Second, he asked a probability question. Third, he asked me to choose one project in the resume introduce. Then about my experience in the project, he asked some question about the project.

There are 3 coins. One is regular (both head and tail) and the other two only have head sides. Now, flip one coin and get head. The question is what is the probability of this coin is regular one?
It was a phone interview started with company intro, and then he asked some probability questions. There're the technical part, and also ask you to explain it to non-technical people.
