      At first, the VP introduced the company and position basic information. Second, he asked a probability question. Third, he asked me to choose one project in the resume introduce. Then about my experience in the project, he asked some question about the project.

      Took few days after submitting resume to the first round interview. The first round interview was about 30 minutes with a VP, first ten minutes he introduced the company and what kind of candidate he is looking for. Then he asked some probability questions.
