4R Systems interview questions

I was interviewed on the phone by the Vice President of Analytics for about 20 minutes. He first gave me a pretty basic probability question, which takes me less than 1 minutes to figure out. Then he talked about the company, the position, and of course discussed about my backrground.

I interviewed with the vice president of analytics. The first round is a 20 minutes phone interview. The interviewer presents the company, ask about your background and gives you a basic probability exercise to solve. The second round is a one hour phone interview, which is a longer discussion, with more probability exercises.
