Interview
Worst experience in 20 years. Recruiter missed first interview time by 20 minutes. Asked to do a seconded interview by webinar the next day. Called 2 hours later and could not remember time. Missed that appointment time by 30 minutes. So here is what I took away about 5.11 Tactical. No focused, say you’re sorry a lot, make excuses and don’t plan. You are selling a consumer good. If yours territory sales managers see that from the beginning they will run and treat customers in the same manner. Due to the lack of focuses you will loss the customer and possible loss of the territory manager because they can't succeed. Consumer goods must have high customer focuses to build a long term relations and I did not here that come from our conversation.
How do you now anything on a person doing this. Time I got the phone call was all worked up not knowing why I did not receive the call.
