I interviewed with 7 eleven the interview was at a hotel the marketing manager talking more about himself. I was asked back for an interview a week later and was told by the marketing manager he wasn't on his game. I was interviewed by him and a women from hr they asked me alot of questions on how I would handle working with Indians who don't like woman. I felt the whole interview was unprofessional what company will ask these questions in an interview if you are female don't bother applying and wasting your time on this position.

Three interviews, first one from a recruiter and two from market managers of different markets. For field consultant position, an employee must work as a manager of a company store for a year to gain experience
2 phone and 1 in person. Phone interviews lasted an hour. In person an hour as well. Process wasn’t difficult compared to other companies. Dress business for the interview. Each in person is regionalized

I was called for an Over the phone interview. during this time I was Asked basic SMART guided questions. Afterwards I was Asked for a salary base recommendation- based on what I made prior and what I would want. They Followed up with another interview
