I thought the entire process was good. I had a phone screen, followed by a code assessment and then an in person interview. From other reviews it sounds like they typically do a 2 hour in person interview one day and then another 2 hour in person interview a second day. But I traveled from Colorado for the interview so they did the entire 4 hour interview in one day. They even catered lunch in for me. But by the time I got to the last hour interview with the EVP of engineering I was exhausted from all the previous interviewing...it was a very long day. And unfortunately, they were looking for someone with more experience in their specific technologies. I was very impressed with everyone I talked to and the entire company in general. I even liked that they have their own employee parking lot so you don't have to worry about paying for parking. I hope I get another chance in the future because they have a bright future ahead of them. Great group of engineers and recruiting department.
