I applied online, was contacted for a phone screen within a week of applying. I thought the phone screen with HR went very well and was told by the interviewer that I would be set up with a 1:1 phone call with the hiring manager as a next step. That was 6 weeks ago... and they just reposted the position. Despite multiple follow ups, the lack of communication in the hiring process is plain rude.
