Interview
3 rounds total for me. 1st is the phone interview, followed by an in-person interview. If you pass the first in-person interview, you will go to the final round. Interview questions were fairly standard (i.e. tell me more about yourself). Although I didn't get into the final round, I would still love to work at 8x8.

Clear instruction and they will provide a guide to prepare for interview. Though provided little amount of time to prepare for the second round of interview. The guide was helpful on the first round of interview.
It was a relaxed but slightly awkward experience. They didn't ask much about my job or professional background; we mostly talked about personal hobbies. Because they didn't ask questions, I ended up leading the majority of the conversation.
