3 interviews: 1st phone interview with a recruiter ( she asked me about my background, described the job etc) 2nd phone interview with the hiring manager ( she asked me about my background & why I want to work at 8x8) 1 onsite interview ( I had to talk to 5 different people) and it was about 3 hours long. I didn't make it to the final round but if I did the final round would be talking to the VP of Marketing. They ended up offering someone else the job I felt like the interview procecss was a very long, but overall everyone was super nice.
