I previously left a fairly lengthy review about my interview process with 8X8 on Glassdoor. It was a negative review, but I considered it constructive feedback and it was truthful. Although I left an anonymous review, the recruiter "guessed" that it came from me, and called me at home after 8:00 p.m. to "discuss". She essentially tried to put a guilt trip on me about leaving a negative review regarding the process. She indicated that she had been called by her senior manager and asked to explain, etc. She also told me that "obviously, she could not longer recommend me for a position at 8X8 in the future". I reached out to the senior level person over recruiting to share how I was contacted in the evening and basically grilled for leaving an honest review. No response. So, if you tell the truth about a bad process or experience, 8X8 doesn't want you. I told her that I stand by my review and that she and 8X8 should take the feedback and use it to improve.
