Ok so the recruiters although internal, seem like agency recruiters. They dont really know what they're asking or why, but on the whole they can explain the 8X8 culture pretty well. Do not expect to get personal with them, they push you through like cattle. So that was my phone interview with the internal recruiter - easy. I then booked a skype interview with hiring manager and no one turned up. I then tried to get a response from the recruitment team or the hiring manager but failed miserably. Its just a bit rude and shows how their sales culture is like - if you dont hit your numbers then you're replacable. If you're wanting a more coaching and nurturing sales position i would look elsewhere. The recruiters will also ask your availability, ignore it and then call you and say can you travel down to london for an interview tomorrow a 930. Ridiculous.
