Lots of questions asked about not only my prior experiences but also what I look for in a team environment. The interviewers placed a heavy emphasis on capability of a new hire to grow within the company based on personal interests combined with business need. Some questions were pretty standard, while others were a bit more challenging, but exciting and exploratory.
