Interview
Call with HR where they ask your interest and past experience to setup an interview for back-end or front-end accordingly. Then first round of onsite interview with three people where they ask basic java questions and past experience. One hour round of coding challenge where they give three questions, that you need to code on your own laptop. If they like you then there will be a second round of onsite interview or they can directly give you an offer.

Well organized interview, first a technical part followed by a discussion with someone from the talent aquisiton team about different things, like how you would act in a certain scenario or what values do you treasure.

The first asked me questions about my resume and asked a technical question. The second did the same. We were treated to lunch after with a description of what exactly the company does

Interview
Met with company representatives at career fair. They quickly replied back with email asking what time I could come to their offices for an on site interview. At the on site interview they asked Java questions and asked to write code on the whiteboard. They also gave a program in C on paper and asked to trace through it to find errors. Afterwards they gave a presentation on what the company's philosophy is.
