First round with TA, follow by the reporting manager, the Global VP, and finally Head of Ops support. They are highly knowledgeable and realistic about their expectations of the role so it is really enjoyable speaking with them. Most of all they really care about People and are honest, transparent about what the company is going through which i sincerely appreciate!
