I interviewed with HR and felt my experience was a mutual fit. I was scheduled for the next round of interviews after 2 weeks of waiting to hear back. The second interview was with a senior manager. I spent countless hours preparing for these interviews and have been waiting 2 months to even hear back. I have emailed the HR person and the direct hiring manager twice each and still no reply. It’s ok not to hire someone but to ghost you after a month of interviews is extremely unprofessional. I would love to tag them here but wouldn’t stoop to their level. I wasted a lot of time for them and I wouldn’t recommend them or their service to anyone.

Screening interview followed by 2 meetings and a presentation to senior management. Must be able to demonstrate sales skills. Also walk through references, won and lost deals. Also important to show how you have learnt from a difficult experience
