Interview
The interview process was pretty bizarre. No one from HR contacted me ever, right off the bat was some grumpy social media lady contacting me. It took about 2 months off and on with horrible communication on their part. The people here are strange. They act very artsy but yet air trash TV like Duck Dynasty and Pawn Stars. I don't get it. My biggest complaint is that they didn't even call me to let me know that I didn't get the job. VERY UNPROFESSIONAL. The HR team here is a joke. The digital team here is a joke - you can tell by their metrics. RUN FAR AWAY FROM THIS PLACE AND AVOID THE DIGITAL/SOCIAL MEDIA WEIRDOS HERE. If you are in any other dept, then you are in luck.

Interview
Applied online and return email said HR would 100% respond in the process no matter what. That didn’t ring true because after a phone interview and 5 in person interviews, I got no response from HR on an offer even after following up. Interviews themselves weren’t hard, a lot of tell me about yourself, why do you want to work here/leave your job, behavioral questions.
It’s a shame because they branded themselves as saying they respond no matter what but clearly that’s not true. I hate to be ghosted after doing so many interviews and going to the office twice.
In person interviews with 3 people. Took almost 2 hours. Recruiter was very responsive in letting me know where they were in the process however her reasoning for not being selected was that they were looking for someone with more experience. Really? They were well aware of what was on my resume BEFORE they interviewed me. The hiring manager started quizzing me on various accounting/ finance terms.
