I don't recall there being a screening interview. I went to the office and met with 3 supervisors separately. Very conversational and light interview. All 3 were very nice and asked more personal questions. Met with HR to discuss salary etc. Heard back about 1 month after interview.

Interview
Quick process. I applied and was asked a couple of days later to come in for an interview. It was a screening interview and wasn't formal. I sent a couple of follow up emails to find out whether or not I moved onto the next step. I didn't hear anything. Two weeks later, I went online to check the progress of my application and found out I wasn't selected. I think it is rude to not even respond to let the person know that they weren't chosen. If I took the time to come in, the least you can do when I follow up is say that I didn't get the position. Unprofessional!

Interview
Talked on the phone with a recruiter, was interviewing at the office within two weeks.
I spoke with the recruiter first and then was taken to the office of the woman who would be my boss. I also spoke with another woman who was on my team. I heard back about a little over a week later and was offered the position.
