I applied online. The process took 4 weeks. I interviewed at A+E Networks
Interview
Fairly easy. Took short exam. Questions were basic. The recruiter just wanted to get to know you as a person and see if you are a good fit with the company. You also interview with the account executives that you may be working for.
I spoke with an HR rep, then two account executives, and the head trainer. Everybody I spoke with was very friendly and looked to have flowing conversations more than just questions and answers.
I applied through an employee referral. The process took 1 week. I interviewed at A+E Networks (New York, NY) in Feb 2020
Interview
Met with 4 different people in the Ad Sales department and human resources, took about 2 hours for the entire interview process at the Headquarters. When meeting with the different people, most of them broke down their expectations and what they were looking for in a new employee.
