Their online application was extremely long, antiquated & not user friendly. I was contacted very quickly & had 2 interviews w/a recruiter and the head of talent acquisition, both seemed nice. Interview went well but never heard back even after I followed up. As a Recruiter, I have never ghosted a candidate. Blessing in disguise…don’t want to work for a company that doesn’t care about candidate experience.
