Meet with the entire team. Lots of people to meet and discuss my background. People who weren't even someone I reported to. I met with a VP of Finance in the corporate office then several members of the team in the Stamford office. Everyone was extremely friendly and asked great questions. The culture there seems very collaborative and supportive. Thought there were two employees I met that didn't give me good feedback about the company. They claim it has become very political and some of the members of the finance team were nasty. A VP of Finance there apparently has the worst reputation for being sneaky and underhanded. I was warned to watch out for them.
