A+ Federal Credit Union Call Center Representative interview questions

I first filled out an application online after having asked at the main branch whether or not they were hiring while opening a new account. Sure enough, they were. I filled out an application online, which included the typical employment information--references, education, experience, demographics, etc. Thereafter, I completed a battery of tests I had been invited to take that had verbal and quantitative questions as well as those tests that are surveys--the disagree/agree/neutral/response psych surveys. Following my completion of those surveys and tests, HR contacted me and I had a brief phone interview. Then I was invited for an in-person interview with a supervisor and a branch manager, which went well. Finally, HR called me and I accepted the position after an offer.
