The recruitment process was driven from a recruitment website but handled by A-Gas themseves. The interview process was a fairly standard format comprising of telephone screening, several face to face interviews, a leadership assessment and a technical presentation. The process involved a wide range of team members and stakeholders. The content of the interview was challenging, diverse and engaging. This gave great insight for myself into life at A-Gas, whilst allowing myself to demonstrate my skillset and experience. At all stages of the interview I was kept up-to-date.
