I applied via the A-Gas website and got an answer the next morning inviting me to a One-Way Video Interview which would expire two days later. The hiring manager is friendly and the whole process went nice and quick. The platform used was SparkHire which provides the candidate with all information necessary to prepare for possible questions and technical issues. The questions were disclosed only at the moment of the interview and the time to think about the answers was about 2 minutes for each question. The answers must be no longer than 2 minutes on average.
