The process was pretty fast. They seem like a pretty nice company. I was interviewed by more than one person and no complaints. You need to be only motivated by commission though. They were friendly but it wasn’t for me. They mentioned vacations based on numbers and that was a bit of a red flag. Go with an open mind. I will say though everyone there was very nice.

Very vague. One video interview - more concerned about you fitting in well with the team than your abilities. Asked questions like what zoo animal will you be? Asked about personal life more than professional life
