Met with the President and entire staff. All women. Seemed very nice in the beginning. Tested to be sure I could operate the technical piece of the job. The interview itself went well. I was welcomed on-board and began training. It soon became evident that the other women in the office did not like me, they enjoyed accusing me of not picking up on things quickly enough (I was barely there three weeks), the president would make snarky and sarcastic comments to me in front of the others; she accused me of having a "memory problem." I do NOT have a memory problem, I was learning a brand new job for Heaven's sake, and she and her staff were not kind or patient - things that were present when I started my current position.
