They are just trying to see if you are a good fit for the company. They made me feel very comfortable and they just want to learn about you and your experience and skill set .

Interview
I saw the job advertised online and sent my CV and a covering letter by email. I had a reply the next day offering a telephone screening with the recruitment department, the call was quick and informal, mainly asking for clarification of a few points from my email and asking my salary expectation. I was invited for an interview in person with the Head of Department. The interview was straightforward, relaxed, and friendly.
