Really annoyed and disappointed at how I was treated, 0 people skills, asking me questions then looking out of the window- Candidates are very aware of where your eyes are looking especially eyerolling, you are on camera- Spoke at me for 30 minutes then when it came to me wanting to actually explain my experience and what I could bring, she wasn't bothered. Just because someone doesn't come across super loud doesn't not mean they will not give everything- Be professional and listen, stop speaking over someone when they are speaking, it is basic human skill. Seemed in a rush and really angry, awful treatment. If you are highly stressed, do not recruit and transmit your bad energy onto other candidates. General engagement on LinkedIn was abrupt, blunt and this behaviour was sadly reflected in interviewing too. Additionally the original person I should have spoke to did not join. I cannot believe how callous and rude this lady was- if you were a job seeker, how would you feel being treated this way? Perhaps if the person had joined she would have been nice which is telling.
