Thank you for your feedback, and we are sorry you felt the process was an impersonal one. For the role in question, we received over 120 applications, and whilst we try and give as much feedback as possible, sometimes when we have such a high volume of interest in a role, as was the case, with this position it is not always possible to give detailed feedback to every person who applied. We also note that whilst you applied before Christmas, the business closed down for the festive period and therefore we responded to each candidate in the first week or two in January. I also note that whilst you chased for feedback, you did so 3 times over the course of one day and our People Director personally responded to you directly via LinkedIn within a couple of hours. The slight delay was explained to you at the time via a personal message.
