The hiring process here is laughable at best. I have never seen such a disorganized process. No wonder this place has such bad Glassdoor reviews because it is a mess.
I applied for a job via LinkedIn and a few days later someone from the company reached out and said they saw my LinkedIn profile and wanted to connect because I would be perfect for the Sales Trainer position. I responded back that I had applied for the position and would love to talk. I never heard back from her. Then a few days later the hiring manager sent me a LinkedIn message and asked if I wanted to speak about the position and to please email him with my availability for Monday and Tuesday. I did immediately and once again, crickets. No response. 5 days pass and the hiring manager emails me saying he messaged me on LinkedIn and would like to set up some time to talk. I responded that I had emailed him 5 days ago and sent my availability already. The lack of communication and unresponsiveness is shocking as a candidate who is looking to join a reliable company.
