The interview process was largely divided into two sub-sections, namely a group discussion stage and a personal interview stage. The group discussion was intellectually challenging and gave candidates the opportunity to demonstrate their talent in problem-solving in relation to a complex, technical case frequently seen in reality. Moving on to the personal interview, it was relatively relaxed where candidates were mostly asked questions regarding their personal background and a few scenario questions. I for one believed the interview was well-balanced and interesting, allowing for a fruitful discussion under a relaxing atmosphere.
