Two interviews. A group interview with partner on questions based on materials given. A one to one HR interview with the HR manager on some situational questions and some general questions.

Interview
Online applications, followed by group case study assessment and individual competency based interview. The group case study required reading quite a lot of information in a short time, working with others and presenting the information. It was challenging but fruitful. The individual interview was more casual but required thinking on your feet.

Interview
Fairly straight forward. Two interviews (one case study). The case was the more difficult interview as it is conducted by a partner. Mine was a fair interview he was neither harsh nor lenient. I would recommend reading up on business analysis as they are definitely looking for commercial awareness.
