The interview process was a 2 stage interview held in the Belfast office. I was interviewed by 2 people each time who were in the project team relevant to my role. Each interview was approx. 1 hour. The first interview was more formal with set questions, however, the panel gave me the opportunity for back and forth conversation. The second interview was less formal and more of an open conversation around communication.
