The job interview at allen & overy starts with a conversation with the recruiter. subsequently, an assessment at an external location is made. in the external office various tests need to be made, intel. questionnaire personal, etc. after a successful assessment, the recruiter arranges for a second interview. during this interview you need to demonstrate why you want to work at allen & overy and what competencies contribute to the organization as well as technical knowledge. The interviews are pleasant and not frightening. The connection between people needs to be good.
Positive experience but the tests were a bit patronising. Then again, it's their law firm and it works for them. That said there didn't really seem to be any strategy to their questions.
