The document review exercise was challenging to complete in the time frame given so be aware of your time management there. The first interview was the more relaxed of the two, being more focused on you, your skills and what you can bring to the firm. The second interview was much more intense; this interview was a test of your ability to remain calm in stressful situations. There were questions that I didn't know the answer to, and I would avoid trying to blindly guess the answer as opposed to just being honest with them, as they will appreciate that much more than waffling. This interview also tested my knowledge of law, applied to every-day business situations.
