The interview process was very long. Initial application, situational judgement test, maths test, English test, work simulation and finally an interview with competency and situational questions. I received a phone call a month or so after the interview to be told that they were no longer offering the job.

5 stages spanning from January to offer in may. Application form, psychometric testing, online test and then a final stage interview with two senior associates. Interview was 1 hour long and a mix of competency based questions with normal interview questions.
