Interview
The first interview was formal with two interviewers (one remote and one in-person), question-and-answer style. The second interview was more of an informal discussion about my interest in the firm.
First off, the application process was very stressful. Then you receive and email telling you you have been selected for an interview. However, the interview is very short and went quick.
