One of my favorite interview experiences; the people really set this firm apart. First round was in person with two people, second round was in the office with multiple interviews and people, last round was on the phone with two people. The interviews were with legal assistants, a business analyst, a manager, and two associates.

The interview is remotely and you are required to upload a video introducing yourself, step two you will get an email to have an interview with one of the representatives step three you will be required to write a gorilla test for consideration

Interview
Very straightforward and honestly felt very comfortable for an interview but after that there was some behavioral assessment that tested soft skills and decision making there was also a case study where you determine how to best assist on a case.

Interview
After the telephone interview, I was invited to a personal interview twice. During both interviews I was received very politely and was already able to get to know some lawyers and legal assistants during the second conversation. The interviews were very professional.
