Assessment center, consisting of two interviews. The first interview was competency and behavioral based. The second interview was a case study. The case study is very long, so unlikely that you get through all of it. Just need to pick up on the key points and in the interview the interviewer directs you to relevant sections.

Case study interview with partner interested in testing your thought process and commercial awareness followed by an interview with HR exploring how you react in various job scenarios. The day finished with a tour with a current trainee though this was far more casual and did not seem assessed.
