Quite difficult to navigate but as long as you haev a solid structure to the commercial case study it should not be too bad. Motivational questions are quite generic questions about what you would do in specific scenarios.
There was a online immersive assessment portal, where you had to complete a series of questions, and situations, and decide how you would like to approach the situation. This is mainly to test your soft skills and values.
