Standard. The interviewers were quite nice. Standard questions - Why A&O Shearman, why commercial law, what have you been following, behavioural and situational questions. Seemed to focus a bit less on the CV itself than other firms (although other interviewees have said they had a different experience so may depend on interviewer). Everyone was interviewed on same day (Saturday).
The first round interview was with HR and a partner, and they mostly asked about behavioural questions; the second round interview was with two partners, and it was conversational style, also very relaxing and chill.
